I am delighted to tell you that we have another relaxation weekend planned for this September, we have two days planned which are both fantastic and quite different…

Day 1 -Â Healing Chakras – A Practical Introduction
Chakras are often described as energy vortices, or wheels of rotating energy at differing levels of frequency. Each chakra influences different aspects of human emotion and behaviour and their efficiency in part determines our level of spirituality.
The state of our chakras greatly influences our well-being. When they are unblocked and allow energy to flow freely at the correct rate, we enjoy optimum physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual health. We feel great! However, when blocked or unbalanced the free flow of energy is hampered leading to â€˜dis-easeâ€™ in these four areas of our lives. We certainly do not feel great!!
So we need to know both how to spot the symptoms of blockages or imbalances as well as know what we need to do to help ourselves and others.
This day will start by looking at what chakras are, how they relate to the production of hormones and how the system of energy flow in the body works. We will then examine each of the major chakras in turn. For each we will consider their role in the body, the qualities associated with each and what to look out for when considering their health. What to do to help heal or cleanse each chakra so that it vibrates at the correct level to improve the energy flow will be also be given. From past experience, there will be much discussion and interaction during the day as a great deal of laughter and enjoyment!
In addition, a delicious and fantastically healthy two-course lunch will be provided along with a green smoothie on arrival and refreshments will be available throughout the day. All the food and drink will be freshly prepared, will be alkaline, vegetarian & vegan friendly and will be suitable for those who have coeliac disease, suffer from psoriasis and IBS as well as being lactose and sugar-free!!

My wellness warriors (Nigel and Matt) and I from Move & Nourish, have designed a Relaxation Day which offers a series of meditation exercises & relaxation techniques combined with some gentle stretches and yoga poses to enable you to better cope with the stresses of everyday life and implement lasting and meaningful changes to get some calm in your life and get some control!
After a hugely successful and positive Relaxation Day in July, we delighted to offer another even next on Sunday 27th September 2015.
The day will begin at 10:00am with a super tasty green smoothie on arrival as Nigel & Aimie introduce themselves and welcome you. The day will then gently flow through the perfect mixture of movement and stillness (and lots of delicious & healthy food!) leaving you with a sense of calmness and peace. The day will finish at around 4:30pm.
In addition, you will be provided with a fresh, awesome, raw-some lunch and refreshments will be available throughout the day. All the food and drink will be freshly prepared, will be alkaline, vegetarian & vegan friendly and will be suitable for those who have coeliac disease, suffer from psoriasis and IBS as well as being lactose and sugar-free!!
Our Relaxation Day’s have been specifically designed for anyone who wants to feel amazing, have a greater sense of calmness and de-stress and unwind. It is aimed at anyone who has been interested in meditation but has never tried it and those who have meditated but perhaps need a refresher! The exercises and yoga poses are suitable for all fitness types.
