How’s it going? I hope you are all finding the transition into winter wonderful with this lovely weather we’ve been having!
Today is just a short thought I wanted to share with you… Doing something imperfectly is better than not doing something perfectly!
When we go out and I meet new people we always end up chatting about exercise, I was at my Uncle’s 50th Birthday party on Sunday and as always ended up talking about my two favourite topics, nutrition and exercise…
I was asked, as I do a lot, what is THE BEST EXERCISE FOR… inner thighs, abs, the little squishy bit over my bra strap, you name it, we want it toned, flattened, perkier… there are so many awesome moves we can do to hit all these areas, and also many reasons why we haven’t got the result yet, but I find most people are so overwhelmed by the choices they have in regards to exercise and nutrition they don’t know where to start, so I’m here to help… Simply start 1 thing you know will help…
The secret to getting ahead is simply getting started
For most of us, simply starting a new habit, like a 30 minute walk and 10 minutes of yoga or some squats and press-ups every day will get amazing results, then you can start to tweak your new habits as you improve.
I know from my own experience that learning about the way the body actually works and understanding our vast potential for movements (outside of the gym machines) that work your body in incredible ways, I was almost like a rabbit in headlights and couldn’t make a choice on what to do, sooo many choices…Where to start?

I find the bast way to get back to feeling your best is simply to start with something easily achievable every day, as you build your confidence up by simply staying true to your word, you’ll find you feel inspired to try more!
