Taking the core principles of Pilates, yoga and functional fitness and movement training, I have developed a wonderful functional Pilates and yoga fusion class, where we focus on:
• core and pelvic floor strength (for men and women)
• breathing and
• improved balance
The body can move in 3 directions at any one time, so by adding functional principles to this class, we can take Pilates exercises and make them more realistic and suitable to our every day lives.
I like to limit each class to a maximum of 5 people so those in attendance can benefit from individual instruction and be assured that you are doing the movements correctly.
The sessions are conducted in a warm, calming and relaxed atmosphere and it is a great form of exercise for anyone wanting to improve all areas of fitness!
So please come and try your first session for FREE. I guarantee that you will feel incredible afterwards!

Thursdays evenings @ 6pm and 7.15 pm
Sessions are bought in quarterly blocks but if there is space, anyone can join (£10 per session). If you are interested, please give me a call so we can discuss availability and prices.
