Meditation Homework

Suggested Homework – could continue with visualisations if wish and try

1. body scan daily

2. 3 minute meditation whenever in a day it is needed – x3 perhaps?

3. Spend a whole day trying to not talk or think about the past or the future

4. Reduce multitasking

5. Count your blessings/savour the experiences – notice and dwell for between 5 and 20 seconds on any good comments you receive, any good thoughts you have about yourself, a generous act you did or had done to you, finishing a project at work, feeling loved, anything positive – dwell on it and experience it – – this is turning positive facts into positive experiences
