We are back to gym meetings again next week!
Come along at 7.30 pm (Tuesday 26th April) to the gym for a session on the foam roller.
Learn how to use your roller to the best of it’s potential and if you don’t have one learn a few moves you can do at home with every day items.
I will provide a program card for all who attend to take home, it will help to ease a tight neck and back, relieve lower back pain, lengthen muscles and best of all, it feels really good!
The meeting is completely free and as always I will be doing a raffle for one lucky person to win a free session!
If you already own a roller please bring it with you do the exercises as I demonstrate.
