As you are all probably aware this weekend I attended a fantastic nutrition seminar in London and just wanted to share a few tips with you all.
This time of year it is normal to feel summer will never come, so to keep you all in good spirits try eating a handful of pumpkin seeds everyday and get out side walking (in the sunshine where possible) for half an hour a day. Also try listening to some music that makes you want to move when training.
Before you know it you will be feeling brighter and the spring will be here!
